We maintain a 1:6 adult-to-child ratio. Staff are available 24×7.

3. Are facilitators trained?
Yes – our team is certified in Outdoor Education, Risk Management, and First Aid.

4. Is medical help nearby?
Yes – emergency plans and hospital support are in place (~30 minutes away).

5. How do you manage homesickness?
We gently support children through games, emotional connection, and check-ins.

6. Are phones allowed?
No. We are a screen-free camp. Parents receive daily photo/video updates via WhatsApp.

7. How do you ensure safety during adventure activities?

Important notice COVID-19: Please note any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at the event. Outlife or any other person associated with the same shall not be responsible for the health and safety of this event in regards to COVID-19 pandemic.
We encourage you to follow the organizer's safety policies, as well as local laws and restrictions issued by govt. & WHO.

Our cancellation charges are:

Upto 20 days before camp date: 10% deducted of total fee
15 days before camp date: 25% deducted of total fee
10 days before camp date: 50% deducted of total fee
5 days before camp date: 75% deducted of total fee
2 days before or no show: 100% deducted of total fee

If outlife cancels the camp then we will issue 100% refund less any banking/payment transaction charges as applicable

    Yes. All facilitators are trained in:

    • Basic First Aid & CPR

    • Outdoor Safety Protocols

    • Child Psychology & Behavior Management

    • Risk Assessment for Activities

    They have prior experience working with children in outdoor and camp settings.

    • A well-stocked first aid kit is available at all times.

    • At least two facilitators are trained in basic emergency response.

    • We have tie-ups with the nearest hospital (within 20 minutes from the campsite).

    • Emergency transport is on standby.

    • Parents are contacted immediately if a medical situation arises.

    All activities are conducted under strict safety guidelines. If a minor injury occurs (scrape, cut, etc.), it is attended to immediately and recorded. In case of any significant concern, parents will be contacted and advised, and medical help will be taken without delay.

    Homesickness is normal and our facilitators are well-versed in emotional support for children:

    • Daily emotional check-ins

    • Peer bonding activities

    • Empathy-based facilitation

    • Gentle encouragement to build resilience
      If needed, we’ll update parents and work together to support the child.

    The Manneguda camp is a private, gated adventure learning site surrounded by forest cover. It is fully secured, monitored, and free from public access. Safety checks are done daily.

    For Children: A fun and memorable adventurous days to remember and Learn, Unlearn, Relearn behavioral values which can reflect on real life challenges. 

    The summer camp is being held in a private campsite near manneguda close to the ananthgiri forest range.

    The camp does not allow routine communication between the parent and the child as it interferes with the aim of the camp to create self reliant and independent kids. We will facilitate communication if the child is ill or has severe homesickness or there is an emergengy

    The camp is held at a secure, private outdoor training center with controlled access. The premises are child-friendly, well-maintained, and away from public interference. All areas are inspected for safety before and during camp.

    We maintain a 1:5 adult-to-child ratio for all activities, ensuring every child is closely supervised, supported, and guided throughout the day and night. There is round-the-clock adult presence of 1:10 adult to child ratio for non outdoor activities. 

    No. The camp is a tech-free zone to help children fully immerse in nature and group experiences. Staff remain reachable by phone for any urgent communication from parents.

    • Every activity is pre-briefed with safety instructions.

    • Safety gear (helmets, harnesses, etc.) is used wherever necessary.

    • Activities are age-appropriate and facilitated by trained experts.

    • Children are never forced to participate beyond their comfort level.

    The camp is designed to build independence and confidence in children. Regular calls can disrupt the child’s adaptation process. Instead:

    • We share daily updates on a private WhatsApp group.

    • Emergency contact with staff is always available.

    • Parents are welcome on the final day for a presentation and celebration.

    Camping Days

    Reporting time is 9:00 am, You’ll drop your children and submit Camp Disclaimer Form to the camp in-charge on day 01 and leave. Summer Camp activities starts by 11:00 am.

    Typical day starts @ 05:30 am – wake up and fresh up followed by High energy camp activities in the first half of the day and given ample of time in between for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, also Snakes(Fruits & Fresh Juices) served twice in a day. Participants are advised to relax after each power activities. Post dinner few cultural activities conducted and participants go for sleep by 09:00 pm.   

    Day 5 starts @ 05:30 am  as usual for the participants
    They will get ready and work on Camp Assessments and presentations. 
    Parents/Guardians come to campsite to witness kids presentation at 9 am or to pick-up kids by 11:00am
    Camp Ends by 11:00am
    Participants carry wonderful memories to cherish and reflect learnings on their day to day life experiences.
